Peggy brings more than 20 years of experience to EQ. Her experience in corporate governance and executive compensation consulting and research will support EQ’s proxy business, specializing on matters of corporate governance. Launched in 2019, EQ Proxy offers a full suite of proxy services, including proxy solicitation and consultation for annual meetings; shareholder and market intelligence, and information agent services.
Peggy worked at The Manhattan Institute for Policy Research on corporate governance and shareholder activism for more than seven years. Prior to, she consulted on executive compensation and corporate governance at Pearl Meyer & Partners. Previously, Peggy’s work included proxy advisory, corporate governance and executive compensation consulting at The Proxy Advisory Group and at Morrow & Co.
Peggy is an attorney and graduate of St. John's University School of Law. She received an LL.M. in financial-services law from New York Law School and began her legal career at The Chase Manhattan Bank, where she was an associate counsel.
