EQ is set to display its market leading equity compensation software and service at the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) conference in New Orleans, Sept. 16-19, 2019. The service offering extends Equiniti's global employee plan solutions in the North American market, bolstering the already strong Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Transfer Agent products.
The service has been rolled out to EQ clients previously and “will be a game changer in the market,” says industry veteran Jim Wulforst, who is spearheading North American efforts. A collaboration with Global Shares enables EQ to add the administration of Stock Options, Performance Shares, Restricted Shares and various other plans to its employee plan offerings.
