IMPORTANT NOTICE - THE FOLLOWING NOTICE IS TO BE READ IN CONJUCTION WITH CONFIDENTIAL AAF 01/06 REPORTS ON INTERNAL CONTROLS.
A report on the internal controls of Equiniti Pension Solutions, prepared by the Directors of Equiniti Pension Solutions ('Directors'), to which is appended an assurance report on internal controls for the period between 01/01/2014 to 31/12/2014 prepared by accountants ('the Accounts') solely for the Directors ('the Accountants' Report') is available for viewing by visitors to this site who click the confirmation link below 'I confirm I have read and agree to the above notice'.
The Accountants' Report has been prepared on a confidential basis in accordance with terms of engagement agreed by the Directors with the Accountants.
Following a request by the Directors, the Accountants have exceptionally agreed to the posting of the Accountants' Report on this website, on the basis set out in this Notice, to enable readers to verify that a report relating to the internal controls of Equiniti Pension Solutions and prepared in accordance with the framework set out by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in Technical Release AAF 01/06, 'Assurance reports on internal controls of service organisations made available to third parties', has been commissioned by the Directors and issued by the Accountants, subject to the remaining paragraphs of this Notice, to which readers' attention is drawn.
The Accountants wish readers to be aware that the Accountants' work for the Directors was designed solely to meet their agreed requirements and was determined by their needs at the time.
The Accountants' Report should not be regarded as suitable to be used or relied on by any reader wishing to acquire any rights against the Accountants other than Directors (as a body) for any purpose or in any context. In consenting to the posting of the Accountants' Report on this website, the Accountants do not accept or assume any responsibility to any readers other than the Directors (as a body) in respect of the Accountants' work for the Directors, the Accountants' Report, or any opinions that the Accountants may have formed and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Accountants will accept no liability in respect of any such matters to any readers other than the Directors.
