Des heads up the LGPS Fund appointments and leads EQ’s National LGPS Frameworks. With industry experience with 30+ years’ in the field, he works across workplace pensions and the retirement market.
Des’ experience spans: board membership, senior investment consultancy, and actuarial consultancy department head. He’s a pension scheme trustee for two DB schemes.
