- Pre-Emption Group template resolutions which the Investment Association are now fully in support of, and through their research arm, the Institutional Voting and Information Service, will now amber top a company who do not use the template resolutions, and red top any company which doesn’t do so from 1 January 2017.
- Executive remuneration which continues to be a hot topic and is now part of the Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) Commons Select Committee Inquiry which seeks feedback submissions by 26 October 2016.
