He covers business development of TPA scheme administration, technology platforms and Data Solutions services, and private and public sector schemes.

Des heads up the LGPS Fund appointments and leads EQ’s National LGPS Frameworks. With industry experience with 30+ years’ in the field, he works across workplace pensions and the retirement market. Des’ experience spans: board membership, senior investment consultancy, and actuarial consultancy department head. He’s a pension scheme trustee for two DB schemes.
