Todd is the CEO of EQ US, EQ’s transfer agent business. Since 2007 Todd has led a team of nearly 500 professionals who service more than 1,000 clients, together with their global shareholder base.
Todd has many years of experience in Corporate Development, playing a key role in acquisitions, from identifying opportunities and developing relationships in companies of interest, to overseeing every stage of stages of the acquisition process.

She is a member of a number of employee schemes working groups, liaising with HMRC and industry bodies including ProShare, the ESOP Centre, the European Federation of Employee Share Ownership and the Quoted Companies Alliance.
Graham Bull

Graham is managing director, all employee services, EQ Boardroom and is responsible for all aspects of employee share plan strategy and client support covering over one million accounts and £3 billion of assets.
Graham has worked in the share registration and Employee Share Plans industry for 28 years, qualifying as a Chartered Secretary in 2003 and obtaining his ICSA employee certificate in 2013.

Victoria Whyte is Company Secretary of GlaxoSmithKline plc. She joined GSK’s Corporate Secretariat in 1998 as Director of Secretariat Services. Was appointed Deputy Company Secretary in 2005 and became the Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 January 2011.
Prior to joining GlaxoSmithKline, Victoria worked in various company secretarial roles within BAE Systems, Coats Viyella, St. Ives, Schroder Investment Management and Vickers.

Maureen Beresford

Maureen was a Civil Servant for over twenty years, mostly within the different guises of the Department for Business Enterprise and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), her last position being Head of Company Law and Reporting. As part of that role she was responsible for a team who informed company law policy and supported Ministers on a number of legislative changes.
In 2017 Maureen moved on secondment to the Financial Reporting Council, working on the review of the UK Corporate Governance Code and then the introduction to the Wates Principles for Large Private Companies. In 2020 Maureen was appointed Head of Corporate Governance at the FRC.

Tim joined Sainsbury’s in 2001 as Company Secretary. Tim is a qualified solicitor and began his career at the international law firm, Clifford Chance.
In his role as Company Secretary and Corporate Services Director, he is responsible for the Corporate Services Division, comprising Legal Services, Data Governance and Information Security, Safety and Insurance, and Shareholder Services. He joined the Sainsbury’s Operating Strategic and Operating Board in 2004.
